Dreamapalooza 2001 Sound-off

The soundoff will be concurrent with the car show, swap meet and and barbeque on Monday.

Official Sound-Off Rules:

1. Twenty (20) points will be awarded for demonstrating a working sound system.
2. Stock or substantially stock systems will ONLY be awarded 20 points for their participation, to be applied to BOI scoring. NOTE: Placement points will not be awarded to any entry presenting a stock or substantially stock system.
3. "Substantially stock systems" are defined as a system, which may have an aftermarket head unit; door speakers and or rear deck speakers but have no added subwoofers or amplifiers.
4. A 120 dB minimum required for all sound-off participants.
5. Stock systems may run a sound-quality check for personal scoring only - not points.
6. Entries in the dB Drag and Sound Quality portions of the competition, will be awarded additional points based on placement (i.e. the first ten places will be awarded points ranging from ten (10) points for first place to one (1) point for tenth place. Points will be awarded separately for each portion of the competition. The maximum points that any entry may be awarded will be forty (40) points in this event.
7. In the event of a tie in db-drag or sound quality, a 1 round shoot-out for top dog will be held.
8. MISSL and our sponsor RKST will arbitrate all disputes.
